Shipping policy
Order Processing & Delivery
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Processing times may be extended during peak periods, launches, or holidays.
- Once an order has been placed, it is final and cannot be modified or cancelled.
- Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate and complete. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Once dispatched, a shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent via email.
Delivery Timeframes
- Domestic (Indonesia): 2–5 business days
- International: 5–10 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, or external factors are beyond our control and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Responsibility
- Risk of loss and ownership of items transfers to the customer upon dispatch.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the courier.
Duties & Taxes
- International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
- All such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Refusal to pay duties will not qualify for a refund.
Additional Terms
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If a package is returned due to failed delivery, refusal, or incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
