Return & Exchange Policy

Although we're not sure you would like to return your pieces, in case that you do.

  • Return requests must be initiated via email to sales@shopnyala.com
    and made within 4 days after receiving your order.
  • Return postal costs are the customer's cost.
  • Items must be returned in the original condition and packaging, with tags still attached, and original packing slip included.
  • Return items considered as damage, or not in the original condition will be not accepted.
  • We reserve the right  to reject and decline returns that do not meet the requirements stated above, should this occur, it will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
  • Once we receive your return, we will notify you with your credit note /exchange approval.
  • Refunds/exchanges not applicable to sale items, all sales are final.
  • We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives faulty/damaged.
  • Credit notes are issued for exchanges / returns / incorrect sizing.
  • Your original order shipping cost is non-refundable.
