Return & Exchange Policy
Although we're not sure you would like to return your pieces, in case that you do.
- Return requests must be initiated via email to sales@shopnyala.com
and made within 4 days after receiving your order. - Return postal costs are the customer's cost.
- Items must be returned in the original condition and packaging, with tags still attached, and original packing slip included.
- Return items considered as damage, or not in the original condition will be not accepted.
- We reserve the right to reject and decline returns that do not meet the requirements stated above, should this occur, it will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
- Once we receive your return, we will notify you with your credit note /exchange approval.
- Refunds/exchanges not applicable to sale items, all sales are final.
- We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives faulty/damaged.
- Credit notes are issued for exchanges / returns / incorrect sizing.
- Your original order shipping cost is non-refundable.
