When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods or launches.  

How long does delivery take?

  • Indonesia: 2–5 business days     
  • International: 5–10 business days Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier and customs.  

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? 
No. Once an order is placed, it is final and cannot be modified or cancelled.  

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.  

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.  

Will I have to pay duties or taxes?
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.  

What happens if my package is delayed?
Delays can occur due to courier services or customs clearance. These are outside of our control and are not eligible for refunds.  

What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility is transferred to the courier. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages.  

Can I return my order? 
Yes, return requests must be made within 4 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached.  

Do you offer refunds? 
Refunds are only issued for items that arrive faulty or damaged. All other approved returns are issued as store credit.  

Are sale items eligible for return? 
No, all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.  

Who pays for return shipping? 
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
