We hope you love every piece you receive. Should you need to make a return, we’re here to assist.
Return requests must be submitted via sales@shopnyala.com within 4 days of receiving your order.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all tags attached, and in original packaging, including the packing slip.
Please note that returns showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
All returns are subject to inspection. Items that do not meet our return standards may be declined and sent back at the customer’s expense.
Once your return has been received and approved, you will be notified regarding your exchange or store credit.
- Sale items are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
- Refunds are only issued for items received in faulty or damaged condition.
- Approved returns will be issued as store credit, including for sizing adjustments.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
